It would be better if you looked into flights from different gulf countries arriving a a hub country and then a convenient connection flight to Goa. The flight is possibly cancelled because it was not a revenue earner and could be used on other sectors. We could do a self study and send to Emirates/Cathay and coordinate with their marketing department, they will in turn follow up with their route planning department. If you want something done, get up and take part! I am willing to do my bit!
