The problem is not necessarily Parrikar, but rather, the party and its values that he
represents. There is a lot of damning evidence coming against the BJP government in
Gujrat.

We all know that the congress party is corrupt and incompetent, but we also know that
the BJP has a lot of extremist organizations such as the Shiv Sena, the RSS and VHP
under its wings. I also does not take a lot of intelligence to realize that the only
reason the BJP has not taken more extreme actions against the minorities in India is
because it needs support from various coaltion governments to keep it in power. Vajpai
to me is more like a modern day Hindenberg - an ailing and moderate front to keep
things united for now.
