There will be a panel discussion around the book at 6 pm this Friday September 13 at Crossword bookstore, Mahalakshmi. It will focus on the role of the bueaucrat: are they servants of the government or of the people? (Which is one of the questions JBD raises in the book). Participants are Jane Swamy (XIC), AK Lakhina (GM, CIDCO) and Jerry Rao (Mphasis). Bakul Khote will moderate the discussion. Please come!
