Hi Eva ! Just a small tip on the above subject. My name is Tony Barros and I reside in New Jersey. I am originally from Tanzania, where I managed to get two birth certificates through an affidavit from the court. Another suggestion, which I am not sure might be acceptable. Obtain a Baptism certificate which is fairly easy. Many years ago I obtained one from the Holy Family Cathedal in Nairobi and free to boot through the good services of Fr. Menezes. You will have to check whether this is acceptable to the |Poeruguese authorities. Cheers Gabe Menezes
