9th Februry 2003 I am a Goan who is presently based in the Middle East. I am in the process of acquiring a Portuguese Passport and one of the documentation for this purpose is a recent Birth Certificate duly attested by the Portuguese Embassy / Consultate in that country.As I was born in Nairobi, Kenya, I would appreciate if you could advice me if there is anyone who is based in Nairobi and willing to assist me in obtaining a fresh Birth Certificate duly attested by Portuguese Embassy / Consultate.
