Hi "Bernado" and team: You guys are shifting the goal-posts all the time, making it difficult for me to keep up ;-)
Being mediocre is one thing. Writing nonsense (or 'nonsence') is another. Forwarding (or 're-producing') articles is something quite different charge. Opting out of writing on the political scenario (in the already politics-overloaded newspapers here) is another matter. Sending in articles "irrelevant" to Goa is another charge. Garbage (of the verbal sort) or wasting readers' time is a different matter. Added to that we have the allegation of not being dedicated to a profession. Just to make sure no escape points are left out, throw in the view of someone spending much time on "Portuguese bashing for so many years". The fear to speak out is a totally different issue from those raised above. So what are you'll guys saying? Any stick is good enough to beat a dog with, eh? Thanks anyway, as such criticism does help to keep us guys on track ;-) FN PS: I've had my say... no point flogging a dead horse ;-) On Mon, 18 Aug 2003, Bernado Colaco wrote: > What's the point of being a journalist if one is not > dedicated to his profession.
