Dear Constantino Xavier,

That is a great job by a young person. No problem in shifting the Goa Day a
month behind the rest of the world celebrations. In fact 20 Sept would have
been better in Goa, too.August is very rainy here.We keep the date because
Konkani was recognized officially as a 'language' for inclusion in the
Constitution of India[ 8th schedule]

Ligorio Soares at Houston[USA] at 80 and counting must be the oldest
co-ordinator of WGD while you are the youngest. Age,no bar.

Lucky folks to be viewing "Amchem Noxib" in an auditorium. Even in Goa,one
has to see it on a TV.Perhaps we can use the LCD-aided 'big screen',now.
'Casa de Goa' and 'Ekvat' have some Goans I know can dance the 'mando' and
'dekni'. Have a nice time...and let us know more about it after it happens.

All the best.

Viva Goa.

Miguel Braganca
Mapusa,Goa.
