(Bernado Colaco: According to IE, Mopa is going to be commissioned in 2014
with world class facilities. IE in its map shows Mopa in the middle of Goa
which is wrong. Besides we already have a Dabolim which can be world class.
Mopa is a waste.
Fight against the construction of Mopa!)
