I was working on an article titled-- 'From Auckland to Vancouver: Goaness
within this thin long necklace of the Goan Diaspora.' Unfortunately,
something put me off completing this for Goanet. However, in answer to your
question why the Goan 'presence' outside Goa is rather invisible, I think it
may be because numbers may be relatively small and also not engaged
significantly in business/entrepreneurial work, but in the professions. Just
a thought.
