I agree wholeheartedly with this view, Datch! But it will take concerted, shrewd and sustained efforts over many years. As you know reversing the commandeering of property is by no means an easy nut to crack. In the meantime what does one do to ameliorate the crippling conditions under which Dabolim is forced to function over the long term? That is the big question.
