Rane inaugurates Children Film Festival in Goa today Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane inaugurated the week long children Film Festival-2006, organised by the State Government of Goa in collaboration with Children's film society of India here today. Mr Rane said children Film Festival will help inspire students on various themes on moral values and refresh their mental abilities. Chairperson of Children Film Society of India Ms Nafisa Ali, film Director and Writer Saeed Mirza and Director of the film 'Chhota Sipahi' Ms Jayashree Kanal, were present in the occasion.
