Jan 17 - South Goa MP Churchill Alemao today demanded stern action against former Union minister Ramakant Khalap for forming pro-Mopa committee despite Prime Minister's assurance to look into the Mopa issue. Speaking to reporters at Margao today, Mr Alemao said that Mr Khalap's action to form such a committee is "anti party".
