Rape case: accused gets 5-day custody NT News Service Vasco, Feb 19: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Vasco, today remanded Sunil Chalwadi, arrested by the Vasco police on the charges of kidnapping and raping a minor girl, to 5 days police custody.The Vasco police have disclosed that the medical report confirmed that the girl was raped by the accused. According to the police, the alleged accused kidnapped the 12-year-old girl and then raped her after confining her in a room. The victim disclosed the fact to her aunt and later a complaint was lodged at the Vasco police station on February 18, evening, the police said. Meanwhile, the Vasco police have established the identity of the deceased person killed in a road mishap near INS Hansa Gate on the four-lane highway on February 18. The police disclosed the name of the deceased as Bhim Bahadur Oli (22), a resident of Dabolim and a native of Nepal. The deceased was working as a cook at a fast food restaurant in Dabolim.
