Seraphino Antao. In 1962, the Mombasa-born Goan dominated the Commonwealth
Games at Perth, winning a "golden double" of 100 and 200 metres short
sprints.
Along with Kipchoge (Kip) Keino, Antao laid the foundations for a
magnificent
Kenyan running tradition.
