Domnic Fernandes continues (Part III) his reminiscence of
                       Mapusa of the 1950s

This reminds me of a friend of a friend who was an
Iraqi national studing in the US long before its
"liberation" by America.

He was extremely frustrated by the restrictions
imposed by much of the west on his ability to freely
travel or study. Thinking things would get better, he
went to India and got himself a bogus Indian passport.
Unfortunately, he soon realized that his new found
Indian identity did not buy him anything more than
that of a rogue nation.

Perhaps, India needs to get liberated as well. Failing
that, perhaps, Goa Independence seekers like Gabriel F
and Bernardo Colaco could form a grand alliance with
regime change experts like Mario Guava and jointly
push for a unified platform under the Goan
Independence Clown Party.
