The problem is also a hindu issue. This conundrum points to the moral decay of 
Goa under the current regime, imposed since 1961. The death of law and order is 
evident all across Goa. It is a crying shame that the writer has constantly 
referred to the Portuguese without checking the underlying facts of Goa since 
the immoral invasion of 1961.
