I may not be able to help you with the ideology of "C.A.Bhandare" but his
gender is MALE. Please refer to him as "He" instead of "She"
I have a feeling that he has leanings towards RSS ideology...but I could be
as wrong in assuming that right .....as it is wrong to be a "Rightist".
