Dear Bernice, Cafe Remanso, in the Municipal building opp the Social Welfare Department in Panjim serves Piyush. They have a large cubical jar in which it is kept.
IMHO, Cafe Remanso is the third best bhaji puri place in Panjim after Cafe Real and Cafe Bhonsale. Cafe Central was once the best but now functions as a bakery.
