Sorry to sound pessimistic, but you know what the fate of third parties in
Goa/India is. The first past the post system makes sure they end up with
less them crumbs.
Does anyone remember Goa Suraj, Shashikala Kakodkar's BBGP (Babango), Goa
Rajiv Congress, NCP, UGDP, and so many more others?
When thrashed at the hustings this is not only terribly demoralising, but
it also acts as a justification for all the misrule indulged in by the
larger parties. The voters then get blamed for all that happens. You're
probably better off focussing on non-electoral politics, and not getting
taken in by the myth of fairness of electoral politics. FN

PS: As someone was saying the other day, even winning MLAs can be bought...
that too without GST.
