Dear Selma
I am amused that you found my posting to be funny and not to your taste. I
think you have not understood the word christianity. It is a way of living and
your own interpretation cannot change christianity. We are used to cathesism
been studied by rote and we just pray with our lips sometimes what prayer we
say have pauses in between because we have forgotten most of our prayers. While
we pray with our lips our hearts are somewhere else. We many times think that
what we have been fed in the memory is all that is to be and force others to
follow our traditional ways. Our clergy has taken us for a ride and now they
all have become civil contractors instead of spiritual directors. Many people
are carried away by their talk and pour all that they have to make our clergy
rich and roam in rich cars while the lay is hunting for morsel of food. I think
this is enough for you today and I request you to close your eyes and think of
God for a while and you will notice Him talking to you. What peace you are
talking is not what we give in church during mass many times without looking at
the face of the neighbour
