Dear Goanetters, I was about to add to the chorus of voices congratulating Dr Rajan P Parrikar, PhD ..., until I came across this fact in the Herald piece on this issue : " In February 27, 2000, government had taken a policy decision to maintain cleanliness......" This changes the equation drastically ( as it was the vile Manohar Parrikar's government that had originally taken a similar stand ) In view of this unexpected finding , I will rephrase my comments as follows : 1 ) Keeping the traditions of this forum alive , we should continue to follow the ground rule that anything and everything done by Manohar Parrikar and / or the BJP is communal and dictatorial. 2 ) In view of ( 1 ) above , what Dotor Rajan-bab has done is communal and dictatorial . 3 ) In the context of ( 2 ) above , all those who have commended Dotor Rajan-bab on this forum for this disgusting act are communal and dictatorial . 4 ) Like the Congress government ( and the humanitarian and secular voices on this forum ) who strongly oppose such measures , I am not communal and not dictatorial. Now that the communal and dictatorial elements are ganging up so " selflessly " to say " three cheers " to Rajan-bab , may I please have a few " well done's " to myself from the " secularists " and " democrats " on this forum for being so " valiant , forthright and amazingly far-sighted " in my views ? luv and regards, anand ( Dr Anand Virgincar ) _________________________________________________________________ Free games, great prizes - get gaming at Gamesbox. http://www.searchgamesbox.com
