RESPONSE: BSNL never advertised or promised to give 100mbps broadband speed. At present they have 2mbps at the max, which was 256kbps at the beginning. I think Mr. faleiro mistuderstood the 100mbps speed which is shown when you move your pointer towards those 2 pc icons in the quicklaunch toolbars, they dont show actual internet connection speed, ignore them.
