Arwin,

I have more serious problems with the new material you have submitted. First,
it appears that you are not able to answer the simple basic questions I had
raised about your separatist movement. You also make erroneous assumptions
about the views of the majority of Goans who are Indian citizens, and are proud
to be so.

Second, despite having been asked to do so repeatedly, you have not made an
effort to understand the difference between a sovereign nation and its states.
You also do not have a proper understanding of the immigration laws of any of
the countries you mention below, and are making up your own facts about their
purpose in those countries. For instance, the United States of America does not
discriminate between people based on any kind of ethnic identity with respect
to whom it legally admits, allows to legally immigrate or become its citizen.
Each state under the union recognizes the multiple identities that constitute
it, and its genuinely proud of its ethnic diversity. I understand that the same
is true about the U.K., Canada and Australia, in respect of their provinces.

Finally, your separatist movement and the material you have submitted below
ignore and disrespect the fact that the majority of resident Goans, especially
those who were born after 1961 (now much more than 50% of the population) have
absolutely no reservations about being Indian citizens, and that they
unabashedly swear their allegiance to the constitution of India. I for one
would humbly request that if you want to carve out a separate nation for
yourself based on your own unique identity, please do so wherever you have
chosen to live at the present time.

Cheers,

Santosh
