Dear Miguel,
Without getting all emotional and huffy about this, perhaps a good idea when
opposing a project is to put together a coherent argument as to why it should
be opposed and then put together solutions for an alternative.

As of now, it seems to those living outside of Goa, that the same arguments can
be tape-recorded and used for every Citizen's meeting. For ease of use, you
might want to make a jingle out them.

"Scams and deals
It's all about bhaile
Wanting to steal"

I have a special corner in my heart for education. I do believe in today's
society it defines individuals. I feel an uneasy churning in my stomach when I
hear of plans to make Goa a university town of distinction, being opposed by
cantankerous activists.

I shall try to keep this as my last post on this subject.
