Thank you for your energetic participation in the recent debate
surrounding cancer therapies and whether cancer is ever curable. We've heard from, at least, a Scientist, a Religious, a few MD's as well as a others, on this interesting and important topic which affects Goans everywhere.

***Thanks for having given me the opportunity to hear on this vital topic. I only started it, because I feel it is something serious and important. My contention has been that of common sense and what is hurting the cancer patients. If surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy prolonging life can be considered as total, permanent cure of cancer, then there is no discussion. If cancer patients die of cancer after the cure by surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, then it is a medical illusion. I mean that "cancer is incurable" in this sense. It is palliation, not cure. Women with breast cancer can survive for years, but can also die of cancer within short time.
Let us thank the oncologists for the good news.
Regards.
Fr.Ivo
