It must be remembered that neither Mickky nor Lyndon will appear in court during the hearing of their bail petitions. If they did, it would be foolish. In that case they could have very well applied for AB by being honourably around.

The problem here is bigger than it is understood.
Mickky is said to be holed up in room so and so at a hotel. All the police has to do is to knock on the door.
Is Mickky a fool to act that stupid?
Mickky is not, in all probability, in Goa. He is either somewhere else in the country or is already in some foreign land working extra time to put the jigsaw puzzle together.

If Lyndon and Mickky go behind bars, the protractors, who might have tried to frame Mickky will have delivered the coup de grace. Mickky is smarter than that. Carefully looking at this case, it does not look like a straight case of murder, or accidental death or a suicide attempt. It is a frame up, in a much bigger league than a simple political rivalry. Let me say here that Politics does not feed Big Business. But instead, Big Business has always fed politics. And big business does require big time politics at close hand.

Rightly, Mickky needs to be out and away from the 'can' to expose his rivals with proofs. And he requires his chief honcho to do the ground/leg work for him. With either of them in the can or with both, they might as well put their necks in the noose.

The day Mickky has made himself scarce, I have started having a great deal of respect for him.

I may be wrong. And that would be unfortunate.

Did I say a big frame up to take over the big business with a turn-over in crores?
Possible????.

RESPONSE: Talking about contempt of Court - Lyndon Monteiro has been

Court and the Police will arrest him, if he does not get bail. If he does

for his arrest?
