RESPONSE: Somethings are easier said than done. Gabe's "Dabolim" question is quite extravagant. Is he expecting the Navy to give up prime real estate and walk away from the 'spoils of war'? And who is it that will ask them to vacate Dabolim? BTW: in gratitude, the Goa Govt even gave up Anjediva. Be grateful Gabe, especially as you are a non-resident Goan. Today is the 18th of June. jc
