The communal violence bill is not going to make any difference to the sanghparivar or the shivsena because they have the sympathy of the ias/ips officers. Without the sympathy of the ias/ips officers the sanghparivar and shivsena will not be able to function even for a day. The only option left is : 1. Decimate the sanghparivar, shivsena, etc. 2.
