Lionel Messias in oHeraldo's Mirror dated Sunday, 25th July 29, 2010 gives details of expenditure made by chief minister of Goa for the period April 2008 to Feb 2010. As per details provided, Goa's chief minister spent Rs 1,01,83,787 (plus there are few bills yet to be received for payment) on giving party at various locations and for so called VIPs coming from Delhi/dignitaries/friends, etc.. This expenditure is of only CM. Just imagine what will be the total expenditure on "party time" by other ministers. For sure, this expenditure does not justify achievements of the government.
