Panel System of Elections only, will ensure the thump of the feet of the
Civic Society at large which has been taken for a jolly good ride by these
so called elected members of Panchayats and Municipalities.
If the Civic Society does not wake up to the threat, all will be lost.
BTW Mapusa Civic Society has gotten itsself up to go for PANEL SYSTEM OF
MAPUSA MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS due end October, 2010.
