I agree with Mr. Floriano that this is not the first time tar balls are
invading Goan beaches.Infact this is an annual phenomenon.Tar balls have
been washing up Calangute/Candolim beach in the mosoons as long as I
can remember.Ships have been dumping this 'COW' shit for a long
time.Its just that Goans have woken up now.
