BICHOLIM MARCH 8: The leopard has once again strike in Bicholim killing a calf while injuring another. According to the available a leopard killed a calf belonging to one Dhaku Varak from Kudchirm Bicholim while he also injured another calf belonging to one Sawaikar from Wavti Vathadev. It may be recalled that recently the leopard had killed a dog and injured some other animals in Wavti area. Today, after receiving the information Anima Rescue Squad chief, Amrut Singh and the forest department officials visited the site and took stock of the situation.
