Response:That is because of Indian style 'secularism'. Dalit Christians and
Muslims are denied benefits which are extended to dalits from Hinduism,
Sikhism and Buddhism. No logic, no reason. Hindutva influence perhaps which
considers Christians and Muslims as foreigners.
