RESPONSE: No overdiagnosis here. Not very sure if the good journo took
his time to remember that every citizen has rights, and that neither
the citizen nor his/her rights can be summarily pastured.
It is one thing to suggest term limits and canvass for younger blood,
it is quite another to advocate the unconstitutional elimination of
rights.
Who next should be put to pasture? Women, Christians, Lawyers,
Homosexuals, Journos etc?
And moving ahead, should they be removed from society and 'pastured'
on some remote places?
ps: As far as I am concerned, it is not a case of "ageism" on Aires'
part. It is just a question of engaging the keyboard before engaging
the brain.
