Dear all: 6 year old Ryan Andrade who lives in Southern California has cerebral palsy. His parents would like him to attend cerebral palsy summer camp starting in two weeks but it costs a lot of money (US $4,800) and they kindly request your help. See appeal at http://goasudharop.org/images/RyanDominicAndrade.pdf Many of you may have met Baby Ryan, his parents, and grandmother at the first GEMAI (Goan, East Indian, Mangalorean, Anglo Indian) New Year's Eve dance organized by Goa Sudharop in California a few years ago or at the LA Goa Christmas dance at the Doubletree Hotel Santa Ana three years ago. LA GOA (Los Angeles Goan community) and GOA Sudharop are working together to urge Goans to help support this appeal. We urge you to generously donate online to the non-profit organization ConducAbility (http://www.conductability.org/) which is a organizing the camp. Your donation is tax-deductible for US residents. You can donate directly to ConducAbility at http://www.conductability.org/pledge/. While making your donation there is a place to indicate it is for Ryan Andrade. Do not send donations for this appeal to Goa Sudharop or LA GOA but directly to ConducAbility. Please send an email to Ryan's mom Rochelle at rat_94...@yahoo.com so she can track your donation you are making through ConducAbility. If you cannot help monetarily at this time please offer Ryan and the Andrade family your prayers.
