The Portuguese writing on the Pillars

The bridge over St. Inez Creek
Former General Bernard Guedes Road.
Opp Inox, From DB Road leading to Geeta Bakery

Due to white wash completely, it was difficult to read what it says
Somehow, I, using some post-production photo tricks, the inscription now 
seems legible
But what it says??
