KONKANI MEET OPENS TODAY IN MANGALORE: The 23rd session of the All-India Konkani Parishad beginning today at Mangalore in Karnataka, will unveil a plan for evolving a time-bound strategy to standardize Konkani language and thereby make united effort for its all-round development in the new millennium.
