Hello all. I am working on getting an updated Live CD out. Actually MWH has been doing most of the work, I've just been testing things.
Anyways. I have this gist set up which lists packages needed for a base CD at https://gist.github.com/1190590 feel free to make any changes I mirrored BuildLiveCD at https://github.com/fowlmouth/BuildLiveCD mainly for the package list changes. I'm looking for input on deprecated things (Iwlwifi ? not sure what this is) before they are removed from the list Finally, if you want to update to the newest packages from 014.01 safely I've written a guide for that here https://gist.github.com/1148866 I have all the packages ready to be put on a CD (if any are missing from the list they will be symlinked in from the "official" packages, we'll just have to wait and see what breaks I guess) the only thing I need is UnionFS. Can use UnionFS-Fuse but the relevant things in BuildLiveCD/bin need to be updated, I'm going to try to do this sometime this week.
