I'd go with that, since /S/K/D over /dev was an aesthetic rather than
functional change. The aesthetic part of it could be fixed with
GoboHide + mount --bind. From an initial look, it seems that mounting
dev at /dev will require tweaks in Scripts, Bootscripts and possibly
Udev. I might even try to do that on my system to see what happens.

My main system is currently based on 015-pre-alpha-something actually,
using /System/Index, so things are not very compatible right now. I
plan to spend the free time I get this weekend to get my system
updated in a manner similar to what Leandro described. With a more
updated/standard system in place, I'll be able to help some more. If
you can allocate some time to work on GRUB, you'd probably get it done
faster than me.
