I'd go with that, since /S/K/D over /dev was an aesthetic rather than functional change. The aesthetic part of it could be fixed with GoboHide + mount --bind. From an initial look, it seems that mounting dev at /dev will require tweaks in Scripts, Bootscripts and possibly Udev. I might even try to do that on my system to see what happens. > Playing with this will require one to set up a virtual machine under > QEMU, and the inertia to set up that is mostly the reason why I > haven't worked on the binary package myself yet. My main system is currently based on 015-pre-alpha-something actually, using /System/Index, so things are not very compatible right now. I plan to spend the free time I get this weekend to get my system updated in a manner similar to what Leandro described. With a more updated/standard system in place, I'll be able to help some more. If you can allocate some time to work on GRUB, you'd probably get it done faster than me. -- -- Hisham http://hisham.hm/ - http://colorbleed.com.br/ _______________________________________________ gobolinux-devel mailing list gobolinux-devel@lists.gobolinux.org http://lists.gobolinux.org/mailman/listinfo/gobolinux-devel
