The recipes *should* be up-to-date, as I have compiled it recently. I'll review the recipes this weekend. I haven't personally ever used the other programs you mentioned; sometimes it's just a matter of creating a new version of the recipe (e.g., NewVersion Conky <version>) and then the recipe for the new version builds flawlessly. Please try to play a bit with that first -- I'm not going to have much time to look at these other recipes right now. Thanks for the feedback on the installation and graphical aspects of the new ISO, too.
