No it doesn't. Manager was a program available in Gobo 014, and InstallPackage has been mostly not working because the servers were down.
I use 'Compile' to install programs, the available recipes are on the Gobo website. Wiki is also being worked on, to update the contents relative to Gobo 016, since most of its content may be outdated. -- Cumprimentos, D.er Hugo Barrocas
