BTW, I was just taking another look at the "Google Custom Search API
Terms and Conditions" (dated April 15 2011) and noticed that part of
section 3.3 says something about an approval requirement for "non web-
based" software ....  (I'm sure you've seen that.  I must've missed it
the last time I looked.)
