I have the same problem and  I fixed it.

Just change the file name of plugin2.jar to plugin.jar by using unix-
command below.

mv  /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Resources/
Deploy.bundle/Contents/Home/lib/plugin.jar /System/Library/Frameworks/
JavaVM.framework/Resources/Deploy.bundle/Contents/Home/lib/plugin2.jar

that's all. It is easier than using jarjar.

If something wrong happened in the future, you just mv plugin.jar to
plugin2.jar.
