What's the startup time on Grails now? I can ask about the 30s startup time, but I'm sure there are some pretty serious consequences to an app with a 40s-50s startup time. I'm a bit surprised, honestly, because even a JRuby on Rails app shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to startup.
