It's kind of difficult to give any meaningful information though since it is fixed now and doesn't seem to relapsed... I can explain the bug but I can't give any instructions to replicate it and so I doubt it will be of much use. Also, I think it may have been due to maintenance or something similar so may be already "fixed".
If it happens again, I will inform Google, but it wasn't too bad anyway...
