Hi, As ridiculous as this sounds, it may work if you change the start page URL back to 'www' and _then_ delete it again.
The 'www' mapping seems to be very stubborn, and reluctant to change its mapping, but we are examining ways of making this easier in the future. If this does not work let me know.
