I do not understand these steps:

1. Sign-in: "Google App Engine"

2. Appears: "Accept New Terms of Service"
http://appengine.google.com/start/newtos

3. Press: [Cancel]

4. Redirect to:
http://code.google.com/appengine/

4. Now I can not delete my apps (I can not see the Admin Console to
switch the apps versions...)
