If you monitor App Engine Status you will notice that query latency has been floating around 1500 ms today. How can we deliver a product on top of app engine with this dismal level of performance? Google are you going to fix this issue anytime soon? I would appreciate if you treated these performance issues with the same level of concern as an outage. I have spent the past five months developing my app.
