I wouldn't be surprised to find out you're running into some kind of spam limiter. I'm sure you realize spam email is an ever growing problem and many companies, Google included, take steps to prevent the kind of thing you're trying to do here. There's no realistic reason anyone should be receiving 30 emails from the same source in a matter of minutes, well, other than sending spam.
