Having deployment issues from 11:40PDT --> ? Symptoms:
1. When uploading, it Checks if version is ready to be served.. Until it gives up. 2. Switched from version X to version Y in Versions screen. The Versions screen says that Y is the default version. But it continues to serve X (7 instances of X running, and 0 instances of Y running, over 30 minutes later). And the usual existential question: Is this for everyone?
